Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Bironco Property AG, operating under the brand 48WebLaunch.
This policy must be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which prevail in case of inconsistency.
1. Scope
48WebLaunch provides custom website design and development services exclusively to business clients (B2B).
Due to the digital, fast-delivery, and bespoke nature of our services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
2. No Right of Withdrawal / No Automatic Refund
As our services are exclusively B2B and individually produced, there is no automatic right to cancellation, withdrawal, or refund once work has commenced, to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.
This applies in particular to services involving:

Website design
-
Website development
-
Fast-delivery services
-
Consulting, setup, or onboarding work
-
Integrations or technical configuration
Disagreement with design style, layout interpretation, or subjective preferences does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Project Start Definition
A project is considered started once any of the following occurs:

An advance invoice (Akonto) has been issued and onboarding has commenced
-
Design, development, or technical work has begun
-
Access to drafts, staging environments, tools, or materials has been provided
Once a project has started, refunds are governed exclusively by this policy.
4. Cancellation Before Project Start
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be granted at the discretion of 48WebLaunch, minus:

Administrative handling costs
-
Costs already incurred in preparation
There is no automatic entitlement to a refund prior to project start.
5. Delivery Delays (SLA Reference)
Compensation related to delivery delays is governed exclusively by the Service Level Commitment defined in our Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, compensation is provided in the form of service credits or partial invoice reductions as defined therein.
Such compensation represents full and final settlement for delay-related claims.
No additional damages, business interruption claims, or loss-of-profit claims shall apply.
6. No Refunds for Client-Caused Delays
Refunds or service credits will not be issued where delays result from:

Missing, late, or incomplete client input

Delayed feedback or approvals
-
Changes to scope requested by the client
-
Third-party services, hosting, DNS, plugins, or integrations
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Completed or partially completed design or development work
-
Revision rounds already delivered
-
Expedited delivery or priority fees
-
Custom code, assets, or configurations
-
Third-party costs (including plugins, licenses, domains, hosting, or external services)
8. Discretionary Partial Refunds
In exceptional cases, 48WebLaunch may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund based on:

Project stage
-
Work completed
-
Resources allocated
There is no entitlement to a partial refund.
9. Invoicing & Payment Structure
Depending on project scope, billing may occur as:

An advance invoice (Akonto), or
-
A final invoice upon project completion
Refund considerations, where applicable, are assessed based on work performed at the time of cancellation.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if granted, are processed:

Via bank transfer or agreed payment method
-
Within a reasonable timeframe following internal review
11. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland.
